HOW TO ORDER
Ordering Printing on this site is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
Find the product or service you are looking for and add it to your cart.
Give us your billing/payment and shipping/pickup info.
Upload your files... and then get on with the rest of your day! That's it.
FILE REQUIREMENTS
We prefer a high-res PDF with bleed (1/8" on each side) at 300 DPI in order to ensure adequate print quality. Some art can be passable at 225 DPI. A high-res JPG or PSD is also acceptable. WORD, POWERPOINT, OR PUBLISHER FILES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using such software, you can use it to save or export your work as a PDF, the preferred file format. This ensures that the art is "frozen" in place, so it prints as you see it on your monitor. If bleed is not provided in your file, you will be charged a $ 25 fee for "bleed fix". Sometimes a "bleed fix" is not possible from a PDF, in which case we would consult you on how to provide it. Feel free to ask us if you are not sure. We are more than glad to help. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We pride ourselves on the quality and timeliness of our work. Although it does not happen often, if for some reason your product has not printed properly, we will reprint at no charge. Please make sure that you or your designer understands what a print-ready file consists of. We are not responsible for any errors incurred by the graphic designer, such as typos and resolution issues. If you believe a reprint is justified you must return all delivered product related to the job before we can proceed.
CANCELATION POLICY
Because of our fast turnaround we process jobs as soon as we get them. If you need to cancel a job that has been submitted, you must speak directly to a Semless Printing representative. You may not email or leave a voice mail for canceling an order (unless you get immediate email response). If the job has not been plated and scheduled for production we will be happy to cancel your order. If plates have been made you will be responsible for full payment.
PAYMENT
In order to provide a more efficient and affordable way of printing, we have made this a pre-pay process. This allows us to automate your order, and even better, when you come to pickup your order, there will be no checkout required; just come and get it!

Our online ordering is absolutely secure for online payments. We understand your concern about giving your credit card information online and assure you that shopping with us online is 100% safe and secure.
SHIPPING
We have found that FEDEX is the most reliable form of shipping. This allows us to ship ground shipments for next day delivery (at ground rates) to Louisville, Dayton, Columbus, Indianapolis and surrounding areas. FEDEX even delivers to homes on Saturdays at no extra charge. ** Although extremely reliable, once our package is picked up by FEDEX, we are not responsible for delays incurred by FEDEX.

FEDEX 3 Day Select : Guaranteed delivery within three business days to 48 contiguous states
FEDEX 2nd Day Air : Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day to all 50 states
FEDEX 2nd Day Air AM : Guaranteed Two-day Delivery by 10:30 AM or 12:00 Noon to commercial destinations.
FEDEX Next Day Air Saver : Guaranteed on-time Next Day delivery by 3:00 PM.
FEDEX Next Day Air : Guaranteed on-time delivery by 10:30 AM, 12:00 Noon, or the end of next business day depending on location
FEDEX Next Day Air Early AM : Guaranteed Early Morning Delivery by 8:00 AM in 48 contiguous states

TURNAROUND TIME
The estimated production turnaround advertised on this site is based on the typical number of hours or days that a print job is completed under normal circumstances, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
We will start producing your order when you have uploaded your print-ready artwork and we have received payment. For orders where you request a hard copy proof, we will need the signed proof to be in our hands before we start production. Although we “spot check" all print runs, all online orders will be processed without a proof to the customer unless otherwise noted.
Most "digital short run orders" placed before 10am, are printed and shipped SAME DAY. Otherwise, expect 1-3 day turnaround. Please make sure to note a due date for your project if it is extra time sensitive.
Note that transit time for shipping is always additional to production turnaround and it is therefore advised that this be taken into consideration upon placing the order.
While we exercise due diligence to meet your target finished date, unforeseen delays in delivery services, breakdown of equipment, illness, inclement weather and other occurrences may impact our ability to meet the deadline.

INAPPROPRIATE ART IS NOT ACCEPTED
Orders with offensive, indecent and improper material will be refused. Any material which in our opinion may be of an illegal nature or an infringement on the rights of any third party will not be printed. Under our Terms & Conditions, the Customer accepts full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on the Customer's behalf and under the Customer's instructions. We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion for any reason.
Seemless Printing has served the tri-state since 1999, offering high quality products while maintaining the fastest turnaround possible. Originally offering print and design (as Seemless Design), we decided to scale back on the range of services and focus primarily on printing on paper. Today, Seemless offers a wide range of printing products from brochures to postcards, business cards, tri folds, sell sheets, flyers, rack cards, tickets, door hangers, package inserts, and much much more. We are able to do small quantities digitally on our Canon 6010VP, as well as high volume runs on our Heidelberg offset press. We have extensive finishing capabilities in our bindery department such as scoring, folding, stitching, rounded corner cutting, die cutting, hole drilling, collating, laminating, along with various binding options. UV (hi gloss) coating is a recently added option which has gained popularity for certain marketing and packaging situations. Other products include one and two and full color envelopes, oversized Printing, and drop shipping.
We can print on as thin as 20 pound bond, to as thick as 16pt card stock. Typical paper stocks include 80 pound text, 100 pound text, 80 pound cover, 10pt, 12pt, 14pt and even 16pt.
These papers are available in different finishes such as satin, matte, gloss, or uncoated.
